What you'll be doing...








This role will manage potential providers of Wireless Connectivity solutions through each aspect of the WCP approval process to create off the shelf solutions for WCP customers. You will be driving multi-functions of the pre/post sales through a consistent support model while working directly with customers. This position will Manage end-to-end process for M2M providers and coordinate resources across all departments and markets in support of final approval for WCP contracts.
Managingadherence to, and accurate completion of, all required approval procedures, such as; Partner Program Registration and Application approval process, non-standard pricing, credit, insurance, ODI approvals.
Managingrelationships and direct communication with WCP customer contacts in all levels of the business.
Managingany account changes or updates necessary to keep the partners in good standing within the programs including, but are not limited to: Insurance renewals (annually), contract commitment progress and status to maintain custom pricing, business reviews, product changes, pricing or any contract amendments.
Creatinga superb customer experience by collaborating with all cross-functional departments to ensure solutions/devices are correctly provisioned and potential issues identified and resolved prior to being marketed as a solution (i.e., price plan build, feature conditioning, bill changes, system updates - EWI, VEC and MyBiz, ThingSpace, Machine to Machine, Private Network and equipment needs).
Assisting in developing and supporting processes, programs, and procedures impacting WCP operational efficiencies.
Managingrecurring calls with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Risk Assessment, Offer Development, Implementations, BFO, BGCO, COE, and HQ Partnership Team) in order to avoid delays in the on-boarding process.
Partneringwith cross-functional Market and HQ personnel to address specific issues to improve the process by identifying and engaging subject-matter experts in product development, network, marketing operations, finance, and legal.
Managingof pricing plans, failed activations, bill analysis, and troubleshooting.
Promotingself-reliance and utilization of self-serve tools
Training and managingpartner access to internal systems such as PRM, MyBiz, Management Center, ThingSpace, and Brand Central.

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.






What we're looking for...






You'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience in sales, operations or marketing environments.
Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google's G Suite.
Project management experience.
Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.
A valid driver's license.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
System Knowledge: ECPD / EWI, VISION, SFA, SHOPP, VEC / MyBiz, M2M Management Center & TSM systems.
Excellent working knowledge and understanding of SED offers and rate plan pricing elements.
Technical knowledge of Verizon wireless products and services, including pricing offers, enhanced services, handset capabilities, machine to machine, and private network.
Strong communication skills, ability to persuade others, and demonstrated ability to work with and manage projects in a complex, changing environment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to operate independently.
Ability to work under time constraints, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
Demonstrated ability to work issues to successful resolution.
Strong negotiating, listening and superior interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the order-to-revenue path.
Experience leading projects and implementing processes.
